Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems for a diverse client base.
- Conduct system maintenance and perform software installations/updates.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in on-call rotation support.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus but not required.
