Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees and clients.
- Provide exceptional remote and on-site technical support via phone, chat, and email.
- Maintain and update computer inventory and asset tracking systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced networking concepts and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
