Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and macOS environments, including Active Directory management.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and regular maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure data security.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new software deployments and security patches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional IT support or Help Desk experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common networking protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
