Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level IT systems including cloud infrastructure, network security, and data storage solutions
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for software, hardware, and network issues across the organization
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations for audit and compliance purposes
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical bottlenecks
- Train staff on new IT tools and best practices for digital efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technical support
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, etc.)
