Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Enforce strict security protocols to protect sensitive company and client data.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide technical recommendations for optimization.
- Support end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and training.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset inventories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration or a related role.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
