Responsibilities
- Manage and Maintain Network Infrastructure: Oversee the daily operations of our local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues for employees in a timely manner.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Configure, install, and deploy new workstations, servers, and applications as requested by the organization.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT support, maintenance contracts, and equipment upgrades.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, network diagrams, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional IT experience in a corporate environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Visa Eligibility: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or require Visa Sponsorship.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and common office productivity software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical staff.
