Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to optimize business operations
- Analyze complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making for global clients
- Lead cross-functional projects with teams across 15+ countries
- Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices across international offices
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Implement data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake)
- Proven track record of translating data into business impact
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US or willingness to relocate
