Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across departments
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred

- Ability to work independently and in team environments
