Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network security protocols
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support for enterprise applications and end-user devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Document technical processes and create training materials for staff
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience with infrastructure support
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, AWS, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional on-site requirements)
