Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT processes, systems, and security protocols
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
