Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor network security protocols and implement best practices
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in rotational training across IT specializations
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing
- Support end-users during transition to new technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship available)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
