Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments.
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform software updates and patch management.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset inventories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or software development.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
