Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Implement network security protocols and monitor infrastructure health
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex IT issues
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document procedures and maintain system documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
- Eligibility for US work visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT)
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications preferred
