Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Proactively monitor and optimize server performance using advanced monitoring tools
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and respond to security incidents
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with cloud technologies
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS/Azure, CCNA preferred)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
