Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain company-provided IT hardware including servers, networking equipment, and workstations
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure) with provided development tools
- Provide tier-3 technical support for employees using company-provided equipment
- Develop automation scripts for infrastructure management using company-licensed software
- Monitor system performance and security protocols across all company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Network+
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, or other relevant visas)
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with remote support tools
- Ability to work with company-provided equipment in a hybrid environment
