Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise networks
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Automate deployment processes using DevOps tools like Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability
- Document IT infrastructure configurations and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
