Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT training modules covering cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), network security, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to enterprise clients via ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure hardware/software solutions in hybrid cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure optimization projects
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives
- Progress to advanced projects after training completion with mentorship guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking principles
