Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new international territories
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives at multinational corporations
- Analyze global market trends to identify expansion opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch localized products and campaigns
- Present growth roadmaps to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Manage international partnership portfolios and negotiate contracts
- Monitor KPIs and optimize ROI across 5+ regional markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or Marketing (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development with global exposure
- Proven experience in market expansion across 3+ continents
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic highly valued
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and market analytics
- Valid work authorization for US employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Strategic planning skills with data-driven decision-making ability
