- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into market-ready strategies
- Present to C-suite and board members to secure executive buy-in
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Foster an internal culture of radical innovation and calculated risk-taking
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovations generating >$100M revenue
