Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning within tech sector
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in trend forecasting and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Experience scaling agile innovation processes in enterprise environments
