Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across tech verticals
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, managing P&L for innovation portfolios
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Champion a culture of experimentation through hackathons, incubation programs, and rapid prototyping
- Analyze global tech trends to inform product roadmaps and competitive positioning
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to the board of directors and investors
- Drive ethical innovation practices, including responsible AI deployment and sustainability integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product innovation or strategy leadership within tech or biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strategic business acumen with MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management and public speaking
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successfully commercialized innovations
