Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Full Cycle Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js across the full development lifecycle.
- Database Management: Design and optimize complex database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and fast retrieval.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to improve system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Visa Status: Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to undergo sponsorship for an H1B visa or other work visas.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
