Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen product development from concept to market launch
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to co-create industry-disruptive solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a high-performing team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Successful management of $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience scaling innovation teams from startup to enterprise level
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
