Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure all maintenance work complies with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule repairs and coordinate workflow during maintenance windows.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged mechanical parts, including motors, pumps, and conveyors.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or facility operations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, noise).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and logging.
