Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial machinery and automated systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency and uptime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Industrial Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with industrial machinery maintenance
- Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with PLC programming and automation controls
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
