Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the architectural vision and technical strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
