Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and security protocols
- Implement and maintain IT policies, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology deployments and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Train staff on new technologies and digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
