Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from research and ideation to final implementation
- Create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Maintain and evolve our design system across multiple product lines
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and clients with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product design
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Portfolio showcasing process and problem-solving approach
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
