Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on software architecture and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain H1B or other work visa sponsorship.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
