Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Java, Spring Boot, React).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of microservices and ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex system issues and resolve critical bugs with minimal downtime.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and implement optimizations for speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
