Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, implement, and maintain high-scale, distributed software systems using modern cloud technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize application speed, reliability, and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- CI/CD: Implement and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline the release process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a senior capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, React, and AWS. Experience with Kubernetes or Docker is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
