Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade Java applications
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
