Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Lead a team of 3 junior marketers and coordinate with creative/design departments
- Manage £500K+ annual marketing budget with quarterly reporting to stakeholders
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns achieving 25%+ conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and email campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with product launches
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications preferred
