Responsibilities

- Manage $1M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Present performance reports to C-suite executives monthly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling B2B tech campaigns (SaaS preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong budget management experience with P&L accountability
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
