Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Angular.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
