Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous testing, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and security standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep understanding of backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
