Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, test, and deploy applications to production environments while ensuring high performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Optimize application responsiveness and speed across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python/Django).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
