Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and bugs in production environments.
- Participate in active code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Conduct technical research to recommend new technologies and architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
