As a key member of our engineering squad, you will lead the development of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver world-class user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
