Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability by implementing best practices in front-end engineering.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to company standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Next.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend integration with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
