Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA
- Educate patients and families on health management procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
