Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to critical changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and discharge instructions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years of acute care experience considered
- Minimum 1 year of telemetry or cardiac nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
