Responsibilities
- Manage daily production schedules and workflow optimization

Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
