Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure quality standards are met
- Train and supervise team of 15+ production associates
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Generate production reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field preferred
