Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance programs
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide critical interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for US licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international degree
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- English language proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 80+)
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, and critical care
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and specialty area preferred
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B pathways)
- Ability to adapt to US healthcare standards and practices
