Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security protocols and patches.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and helpdesk software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
