Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security audits to protect company data.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for IT process improvement.
- Assist in the deployment of new software applications and updates.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours during our on-site hiring event and potentially on weekends.
