Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 150+ employees
- Manage hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment/service delivery
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and access controls
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- 3+ years IT support experience required
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional off-site support
