Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise systems
- Automate IT workflows using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate on DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Document system architecture and SOPs
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure
- Expertise in network security and compliance frameworks
- Active certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
