Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems including cloud platforms and network architecture
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and security compliance
- Lead system optimization projects to enhance performance and reduce operational costs
- Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud technologies
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure, network security, and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in incident management and root cause analysis
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
